About Us
Keystone Construction NZ Limited is a family owned and operated residential building company founded in the Central South Island in 2013 by Tim and Yvette Nugteren (Managing Directors). Before this Tim spent a number of years trading under his own name. During this time he was involved with a number of high end Architectural new homes in Queenstown which has shaped his passion for Architectural and bespoke construction. Tim is very passionate about the building industry and has built a team around him to support his vision of constructing and renovating quality homes with a quality service.
We promise that when you build with us, you will always be listened to, you will feel helped throughout the whole process and most importantly you’ll have a home you’ll always love to live in. Our mission is not only to create a new home that you and your family will love living in, but to make the whole building process an easy, exciting and thoroughly enjoyable experience.
We take great pride and passion in our work and the projects we undertake. We insist on excellence throughout the building process which is achieved through skilled workmanship and using quality materials. Attention to detail and a high quality finish are paramount in how we operate.
To achieve this level of excellence Tim personally project manages all of our builds. He prefers to be onsite, on tools and keeping a close eye on progress. As well as this we have a strong network of sub trades who share in our passion to excel. We as a company personally stand behind our sub trades and the work that they produce. Our suppliers are also second to none and consistently offer competitive pricing and punctual service.
Keystone Construction has a small yet experienced team, bringing over 30 years combined experience in the building industry. Our staff are the backbone of our company and all have a strong drive and hard work ethic.
